No. The rule is, “to the best of my knowledge” - and as far as I’ve ever been alive, that was called a goatee, with or without the Stache. A Van Dyke sounds like it was just made the fuck up by losers later on. It’s not even in the dictionary!
You’re probably right though. You can pay me 2 dollars to draw a schematic of a proper goatee, but you’ll have to wait for about 300 drawings.

That’s not a goatee. That’s a Van Dyke.
Goatees are just the chin hair.
A Van Dyke is any combination of mustache and goatee.
I demand this be redrawn!
