Yirmumah – 1998-2010
I think it’s time to officially put Yirmumah to rest. It’s kinda sad, but also long overdue. I’d like to thank all of the die-hard fans, many of which have become good friends over the years. You bought ANYTHING I sold you, and that is completely awesome and I’ll never forget your support. I’ll miss some having fun with some of the characters, but they’ll live on happily in my mind for now and that’s good enough for me!
This is mostly a personal decision. I don’t think Yirmumah brings out the best in me. 
I know it brings out the complete worst, which, I guess was the whole point?
I’ll still be drawing comics and cartooning of course ! I’m currently working on a big graphic novel. To follow what I’m currently doing, check out www.djcoffman.com
Well that sucks. Then again, I’m selfish. You have to do what you have to do and I hope the next big project is successful for you.

You always struck just the right balance between smart@$$ and comedian where you would push the line just as far as it would be funny…It would sting a little when you laugh at it, because you know it was just evil enough for you to feel it, but it was worth it. I am going to miss that. Of course I will continue to buy whatever you sell.

Well it doesn’t surprise me. I think that you have gotten older and the nature of Yirmumah fell behind you. I think that every time as of late that you attempted to restart it, you were “pushing” it out instead of it coming to you. I DO think that you can come up with new stuff, you just need to lose the idea of trying to make it fit to the old Yirmumah characters and story line. -I- will really miss Bob. His character was really fun to watch getting kicked about.
I will look to see if you start some other strip. You once said that you have many other ideas besides HBN and the flobot comic was a good example of that. I only ask that you script out the entire comic before you publish it. I like your work, but I am getting a bit frustrated by the sudden stops in their production. I understood why HBN stopped, but what of the flobot one?
Are you leaving the forums open? If not, where will I get my daily dose of masculine buffoonery and pics of great lady jubblies? I’m sad you’re finished with Yirmumah, but we all have to move on sometime, and I think most of us who have followed you for a while could see it coming, maybe not so soon, but coming. It’s cool man, you made a nice little joint for creepy folks like us to hang out and gab about a whole lotta nothing. Cheers to you mate, and I hope the passion never leaves you.
