NEW! - MATURE CONTENT NOTE: I’ll do “R” rated, or “R” rated humor,  but not “X”. You can probably gauge how far I’ll go by checking out the gallery of previous submissions. If I did X , this would quickly turn into something where I’d have perverts competing for their own jollies, and I’m not into that, sorry.

PLEASE NO RUSH JOBS…BUT!: Due to the high volume of 2 dollar orders, please don’t sign up for this expecting something super quick. Check the order status page and plan ahead, or if you REALLY REALLY want me to do something as a rush for you, email me what you want, when you need it by and how much you’re willing to bribe me to do it. I’m kinda like a crooked cop, slip me a 50 or 100 spot and your drawing might miraculously make it’s way to the front of the pile, or I might consider a side commission job for you, time permitting.

1. You are purchasing a non-commercial 72dpi jpeg (4×6 ratio) file that will be emailed to you.

2. Your drawing will be completed using state of the art equipment including but not limited to,  a #2 pencil and or inked on a Cintiq monitor.

3. Due to the unusually LOW commission price, the amount of time spent on the drawing will be limited to around 5-10 minutes, unless I’m feeling frisky. Yirmumah guarantees the quality of the drawing will meet or exceed Yirmumah standards of drawings done within a 5-10 minute time period at a commission price of $2.00. 4. All purchases are final. Yirmumah does not offer refunds for any reason.

5. Accuracy of subject matter is relative to artist’s knowledge of subject matter, or a quick Google search.

6. Yirmumah retains the right to use the drawing in promotional materials either on the web and in print form. Any other questions or concerns can be emailed to yirmumah@gmail.com-

7. If you’d like to use your drawing (or others here) for commercial purposes, you can pay a one time licensing fee for the art, and I will deliver a high resolution version of the image for you to use. Rates are usually around $50 for use AS IS and I will provide you with the high resolution file. If you’d like the url and caption removed and the art used on something else, the licensing fee for the art will be $100.

WHY AM I DOING THIS?

Number one, it’s fun. Number two, it’s practice to make me faster and keep me sharp drawing various things I wouldn’t have thought to draw- Also it’s allowing me to get faster at drawing directly on the cintiq screen, I’m a much faster penciler on paper. Number three, it was originally meant to be a cheap way to give something quick back to donators of the Yirmumah comic. It’s not about making money, as you can tell by the cheap price tag, it’s mostly just for fun. I’ve unexpectedly gotten other bigger paying commission work out of people seeing these little drawings pop up, and some people actually pay me more than 2 bucks and I put a little more time into their drawings… so I guess it’s a happy accident for now. Now the 2 dollar thing just seems very funny to me for some reason. Watch the monkey draw you something for 2 dollars. I’d probably do it even cheaper.

WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA TO DO THIS?

There’s been some talk that I stole this idea from other cartoonists who shall not be named, BUT I’d like to clear up where I actually got the idea from…. A few years ago, predating anyone who was doing this sort of thing an acquintance of mine named Dan Larson (visit his work!) who was part of the PV Comics hub we were all in did a “Dan Larson Will Draw Anything For A Dollar” and we all thought it was hilarious. He wisely ditched the idea and for years I’ve wanted to try it and never had time, until recently when I was shafted by corporate america. I upped the price to 2 dollars due to inflation and the price of gas and… well, 2 dollars sounds funnier.
